A tasting of sparkling wines from across France, exploring the different styles and personalities of Crémant from Burgundy, the Jura, Die and the Loire. Expect everything from crisp, elegant fizz to richer, more characterful bottles, proving there’s a whole world of French sparkling wine beyond Champagne. Christmas is on the horizon, which means it’s officially time to start drinking fizz in the name of research. You’re welcome.
